How to Take Your Measurements

Reference points indicate where to take each measurement.

    Height

    Measure from the top of your head to the floor while wearing stockings or standing barefoot.

  2. B
    Collar / Neck

    Measure around the base of your neck with two fingers beneath the measuring tape. Alternatively, provide the collar size from a comfortable-fitting dress shirt.

  3. C
    Shoulder to Shoulder

    Measure straight across the back between the two outer shoulder bones.

  4. D
    Back Length

    Measure from the base of the collar at the back of your neck down to the desired hem length.

  5. E
    Chest / Bust

    Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the measuring tape under the arms and across the shoulder blades. Leave two fingers beneath the tape for comfort.

  6. F
    Waist

    Measure loosely around your natural waist or belly button over a shirt, leaving two fingers beneath the measuring tape.

  7. G
    Hip

    Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, keeping the tape comfortably loose with two fingers underneath.

  8. H
    Sleeve Length

    Measure from the end of the shoulder, down to the elbow, and then continue to the wrist bone.
