How to Take Your Measurements

  1. ChestMeasure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
  2. WaistMeasure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably loose.
  3. HipsMeasure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8 inches below your waist.
  4. ShoulderMeasure from the edge of one shoulder across to the other shoulder edge.
  5. Sleeve LengthMeasure from the center back of your neck to your wrist with arm slightly bent.
  6. HeightStand straight against a wall and measure from floor to the top of your head.

Tip: Have another person take your measurements for greater accuracy.
